I had to do this review because all I've read here about Fendi; last year I've bought a bracelet and I got a mail saying my order was canceled because there were some issue with the item, I came at trust pilot and all i saw was bad reviews which creepy me out, so I managed to talk with someone at Fendi that told me that the item I bought was defective and despite being at the site was not possible, so I've choose another color and I was waiting eating my nails because I was really scared with all the bad i've read here, the bracelet came by very quickly, it was beautiful and I think I have in my arm since then, so good material and I'm so happy with it. This year I've bought again another bracelet, and as always I've came here to read if this got better, again nightmares about fendi orders, returns, no reply and so on, and i thought I must be crazy to take my chances, the bracelet came in and actually I didn't like it because of the way it opens, but entirely my fault as in the pictures was very obvious that the lock was that way, anyway I decided to return it, and then I found it complicated, no return form, we have to mail the client service, the next day no answer and I was a bit anxious thinking: oh no is now that something will go wrong, so I called the italian number and in two minutes the things was solved and they sent me the authorization to return, so at the end, I got my money after like 10 days or so. All this words to say, so far Fendi service been impeccable to me, so I have only good words about it, I hope this help people that they can work.
