great purchase from the NY store in Soho. The sales team was all on point. I will for sure come back soon.

No complaints

I had a good experience shopping and returning an item there online. There was an issue with the courier but it wasn't their fault. They were communicative and also processed my return quickly. I will repurchase in a smaller size (belt).

My son ordered jewellery worth £598 and…

My son ordered jewellery worth £598 and was sent 2 pair of earings which were for a customer in America. I contacted the customer to say we had their parcel and asked if they had received ours. No reply at all. Three month on still trying to send the earings back to Fendi and waiting on a refund. They just keep sending the wrong paperwork to send back so DHL won't take it. DHL even sent us an email to forward to Fendi. Still no refund and still have the wrong parcel

Fendi online store - fendi.com STEAL MY MONEY!!!
I made order N° 06404938 for 4370,-€ - fendi charge my debit card, few days later they send me email that 1 of my item from order is no longer available, so they send order without this item and they charged my card once again for 3580,-€.
I made a complaint about duplicate payment charge with FENDI CUSTOMER CARE ITALIA - where work lot of stupid mainly ukrainian girls. Without effect.
They have not returned my money to this day despite my many urgent emails and phone calls.
FENDI ONLINE STORE is is a bunch of thieves.
I advise everyone not to buy anything from fendi.com

I ordered multiple things online

I ordered multiple things online, and was sent a email saying I would receive products in 8 business days . It’s been almost 3 weeks and I haven’t even received a tracking number. I call customer service and was told they started processing my order a day before I called and that I would receive it in about 2 weeks. Miscommunication and no updates , I will never order online from fendi again .

Shop selling Fendi, and after 45 days you go back to them with production defects….they ignore you and basically tells you “will will fix it for you”😁😁😁

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

After receiving my package and seeing that a product was missing, I called Fendi immediately and they started an investigation for the missing product. I wanted to return the other products but was asked to wait until the investigation had been closed.

Did not receive any feedback at all regarding the investigation but had to contact them myself several times.

Then they close the investigation without giving feedback or giving me any information at all and now that I have asked to return the goods because the investigation has apparently been closed, they refuse to return my goods and I am treated with a very unpleasant tone and poor service!

I had to do this review because all I've read here about Fendi; last year I've bought a bracelet and I got a mail saying my order was canceled because there were some issue with the item, I came at trust pilot and all i saw was bad reviews which creepy me out, so I managed to talk with someone at Fendi that told me that the item I bought was defective and despite being at the site was not possible, so I've choose another color and I was waiting eating my nails because I was really scared with all the bad i've read here, the bracelet came by very quickly, it was beautiful and I think I have in my arm since then, so good material and I'm so happy with it. This year I've bought again another bracelet, and as always I've came here to read if this got better, again nightmares about fendi orders, returns, no reply and so on, and i thought I must be crazy to take my chances, the bracelet came in and actually I didn't like it because of the way it opens, but entirely my fault as in the pictures was very obvious that the lock was that way, anyway I decided to return it, and then I found it complicated, no return form, we have to mail the client service, the next day no answer and I was a bit anxious thinking: oh no is now that something will go wrong, so I called the italian number and in two minutes the things was solved and they sent me the authorization to return, so at the end, I got my money after like 10 days or so. All this words to say, so far Fendi service been impeccable to me, so I have only good words about it, I hope this help people that they can work.
